Story:

McCauley Architectural Reviews provides a variety of services that help ensure that builders and others maintain compliance with architectural guidelines and deed restrictions for master-planned communities, pocket communities, large retail and multi-purpose developments and small retail shopping centers. They needed a tool to ensure and verify that a large population of construction contractors are able to easily access and follow all the design rules within a community or development as it is being built out, so that mistakes and unnecessary expenses due to re-doing work are minimized.

Solution:

Espresso Moon designed a web-based application that can be accessed by multiple parties at any time. The application uses GPS coordinates within developers’ community design files to locate properties on Google maps. Builders, landscapers, contractors and inspectors can use it to find properties, look up all documentation relevant to the property’s design guidelines and building standards, and verify whether the work going on conforms to those guidelines.
