Digital technology and Big Data have dramatically altered the law enforcement landscape, creating opportunities for improved case documentation, officer training and evidence handling. As a leading manufacturer of body cams and dash cams used by law enforcement agencies throughout the US, COBAN Technologies, a Safe Fleet company, is helping law enforcement agencies better serve communities.

Solution:

Data from COBAN cameras is managed by a mobile app that law enforcement officers control with their cell phones. Espresso Moon designed and developed a mobile app for both Apple and Android platforms that lets LEOs catalog and archive video case data in the field as soon as it’s recorded, and securely preserves the chain of custody for critical video and photographic evidence. We also designed the user interface for some of their camera controllers as well.
